Tiny Bites Action Plan – maromiti

  1. Tailor the action plan to include the action plan options that will best support your service to achieve the practice you are working towards. Remove the action plan options that are not relevant by clicking on the square box on the right hand-side of the action plan (you may select multiple action options at a time, a red cross will appear when selected), then scroll to the bottom of the page and select the “Bulk remove action plan options” button.
  2. Click on each action plan option to record the staff member responsible for completing the action, the timeframe for completion, and to access resources that will help your service to achieve the action.
  3. If required, create your own actions using the ‘Add your own action plan option (optional)’ section.
  4.  Implement the action plan option. Click on the action plan option to record the date the action was completed and select the “Mark Option Complete” at the bottom of the action plan option.
