Check how your service is going with meeting evidence-based healthy eating, infant feeding and physical activity practices by completing the self-assessment quizzes

Step 2

Based on results of the self-assessment quizzes, create an action plan to help your service meet healthy eating, infant feeding and physical activity practices

Step 3

Check out the library of resources to help your service meet each step within your action plan

Step 4

Schedule time when next meeting with educators and service staff to discuss the action plan, and share ideas and strategies for reaching your goals

Step 5

Re-complete the self-assessment quizzes to see what improvements your service has made in meeting the healthy eating, infant feeding and physical activity practices
